Villa Anatolius

Santorini Villa Anatolius is one of the three villas comprising the Villas Anatolius complex, in an estate of 4000 square meters, featuring three similar-newly built traditional windmills at the unique island of Santorini. Each one of the villas (windmills) is totally independent, equipped with a private pool with Jacuzzi jets, terrace, flower garden, entrance, parking space and can accommodate up to 5 persons.

Situated in a privileged location Santorini Villa Anatolius offers panoramic view of the Aegean Sea and the neighboring islands of Ios, Naxos, Koufonisi, Amorgos and Anafi, while the sunrise reflection on the surface of the sea is visible even from your bed and when the night falls feel the immensity of the sky watching the falling stars and the milky way.

Located at the north-east coast of the island, between the capital Fira and the traditional settlement Ia. This tranquil side of the island is quiet even during high season. The fresh north wind keeps the area cool, throughout the hottest days of the year, and free of mosquitoes. The nearest beach, named Pori, is 700 meters far. The black sand, the red cliffs, the clean, safe and warm water, make the beach ideal to swim. On the way to Ia you meet several beaches like Kouloumbo, Baxedes, etc. Access to restaurants, supermarkets and caldera view only 10 minutes away by car.

Santorini Villa Anatolius is a perfect resort for honeymoon couples as well as families with children and it can be combined with its neighboring villas Anatolius I and Anatolius II for larger group of friends or families who wish to spend their vacation together without compromising everyone’s own privacy and independence.

Santorini Villa Anatolius unfolds in three levels. The ground floor with the small luminous windows and the panoramic view of the vineyards, the sea and the swimming pool consists of a living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The first- floor bedroom with a romantic ambience, welcomes you to an inbuilt double bed and a wonderful en-suite bathroom. The second-floor bedroom is a fabulous cone-shaped room, with an en-suite bathroom. This room includes a double inbuilt bed and a single one, which can be used as a couch too.
